PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Akutagawa isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, for the sake of the Port Mafia. Whether it be a woman or child, he won't hesitate to kill. His threats go unemptied. He rather kill the person than torture them to death, even extracting information is too much for work him. Long as there is reason behind the kill, he will follow through.
RELATIONSHIPS: *****
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Nothing shields Akutagwa's mind, so he is vulnerable for mind attacks. He can resist barely only if there is a strong desire. Example, he made a promise to Atsushi not to kill for six months. Despite the order to kill during his vampiric state, he withheld that promise.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: [ Rashōmon ]
The short version, his coat is a monster matter that can manipulate dimension only around him and shoot out a handful of tendrils. It can either be used for offense or defense. It can be overpowered by certain skills such as enhanced strengths and time manipulation.
MEDICAL/MENTAL INFORMATION: Akutagawa has a medical condition, a lung disease that can't be cured. Knowing this, he's aware he doesn't have long left to live. He does cough some episodes, suppressing it first while trying to finish the job first.
He also suffers from haphephobia, an intense and overwhelming fear of being touched. The series doesn’t explain why. Some of the factors possibly involves from his work environment. Akutagawa had suffered through intense training and torture in his upbringing.
